We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are included.
  • In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
  • Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in Tier 1 and 2 cities of India.
  • After your order is placed and processed, you will be able to track these shipments online using relevant shipping vendor service on their respective websites.
  • Picses Wall guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.

If a temporary out of stock item should prevent available items on your order from shipping when expected, you may specifically request that the available items be shipped separately.

Processing & Delivery

Wall Art with standard frames will require 10-15 business days 

Real wood-based frames having size customization will require 15-25 business days for transit .

Customized wall art with customization will require 30-45 business days (transit time depends upon the customization and size of frame selected by customer)

 

PACKAGING

  • Multiple layers of drop resistant, thick expanded polyethylene (aka EPE foam) sheet is used, securing all sides and corners of products. Plywood reinforcement is also used in certain products.

  • Overexposure to Sun and moisture should be avoided, Dusting to be done with a  light blower. Soft brush should be used for creasing suede fabric grains in one direction.

    All artworks are for internal use only.

  • Wall arts come with hardware to hang on the screws or hooks on walls. For heavier artworks it is advisable to use carpenter’s services for safe and accurate hanging.
